The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) was established in 1993 and is overseen by the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources. It was established to develop quality human capital and a world-class workforce, thereby transforming Malaysia into a high-income economy driven by knowledge and innovation.

In 2021, HRDF was rebranded as HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation). HRD Corp has developed into a one-stop service provider with the goal of promoting the growth of our country’s labour force and transforming Malaysia into a high-income country.

Since 2004, our founder, Mr Alex Lee, has been involved in HRD Corp training. He possesses rich resources in HRD Corp and leads more than 100 trainers. The scope of training covers the majority of the courses.
